Satisfaction policy

Our clothes are made to order, especially for you.

Since we offer a tailor-made service, we do not provide refunds on orders. That said, if the garment does not meet your expectations or if there is a problem with the size or the fit, we invite you to contact us. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority and it will be our pleasure to find an arrangement. Among other things, we offer touch-ups at a lower cost.

You are responsible for choosing your size and / or providing us with your exact measurements. We are happy to have you at the workshop if you would like to try on a model garment or if you are not sure how to take your measurements. In the event that the problem with the garment results from an incorrect choice or taking of measurements, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.

Warranty

As provided for by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, we guarantee that our clothing and accessories can be used for the purposes for which they were purchased, within a reasonable period of time and taking into account the price paid. If your product has a defect, please contact us and it will be our pleasure to find a solution with you.
